The Homecoming Company

Come home to your biology.

Step into the sun and something in you settles. That isn't a mood — it's every cell answering a signal it has always known.

Four windows

One star. Every system.

Sunlight isn't a vitamin — it's a signal. The same star runs different programs, and which one is running depends on where it sits in the sky.

Morning · Eyes

Circadian

Low morning light reaches your eyes and sets your master clock — the timing under your sleep, mood and energy.

Midday · Skin

Vitamin D

Skin makes vitamin D only when the sun climbs past 45°. Low sun can't — the atmosphere filters the UVB away.

Low sun · Vessels

Cardiovascular

Daylight UVA frees nitric oxide from the skin; researchers link it to relaxed vessels — a gift even when it's too low for vitamin D.

Night · Darkness

Restoration

When the light leaves, the night begins its own work. Real darkness is a window too — the one most never fully close.

The instrument

Everything above was worked out. None of it was measured.

The wearable measures it. What light actually reaches you, and how much of a day goes by indoors without you perceiving it.

That's the part nobody can feel. Not the hour you spent outside — the ones you didn't.

The study

A clinical study is board-authorised at ULS Região de Leiria — a three-arm, sixty-day trial measuring serum vitamin D at the start and at the end. Enrolment opens in 2027.

The Third Wellness Revolution

Start the way back.

Sleep had its revolution. Movement had its. Light is the one still missing — the signal underneath all of them. The first bands ship to the people who join early.
